How Much Does Your Meeting Cost?

Enter participant count, estimated loaded hourly compensation, meeting length, and weekly frequency. The calculator shows estimated staff time per meeting, month, and year, plus a comparison for holding one fewer weekly meeting. The hourly rate is your own estimate, not company payroll data. Use the result to question meeting design, not to assign an exact accounting cost. Estimated cost is participants multiplied by hourly compensation and meeting hours. Monthly cost uses 52 weeks divided by 12; annual cost multiplies by 52 weeks. This is an estimate of staff time from your inputs. It excludes overhead unless you include it in the hourly rate and is not an accounting statement. Scoring and simulation rules are bundled with the site.

Use average loaded hourly compensation as an editable estimate; no company data is collected.
