Rank Your Career Values

Make eight forced choices between values such as compensation, autonomy, stability, growth, prestige, meaning, leadership, and craft. Your result ranks the priorities that won most often and gives you a practical filter for comparing roles. Since each choice forces a trade-off, the output is more useful than rating every value as equally important, but it still reflects only your answers. Each head-to-head choice adds one point to the selected value. The top values are shown with their counts; there is no external norm or optimal ranking. The ranking reflects choices in this exercise and does not determine which career or offer is best for you. Scoring and simulation rules are bundled with the site.

In each pair, choose the value you would protect when you cannot maximize both.
