Articuler for Founders

For founders, Articuler's Pro costs $25 a month or $240 a year, and the $55 and $99 tiers list no contents. Test the free plan on one target list before paying, and compare Pro with Happenstance's $24 a person yearly web plan using your own reply count. [1] [4] [2]

Pro: the annual price saves $60, if you keep it

Pro costs $25 a month at monthly billing, which is $300 a year. The subscription terms list $240 a year, which saves $60 (20%). Founders who run outreach for a single funding push should pay monthly and cancel when the push ends. Annual billing only pays off if Pro becomes a habit for the whole year. [1]

Connector and Superconnector: wait for the contents

Connector costs $55 a month, or $660 a year on monthly billing. Its annual price is $479.99, a saving of $180.01 (27%). Superconnector costs $99 a month, or $1,188 a year, and its annual price of $829.99 saves $358.01 (30%). The store does not say what either tier includes, so the saving only counts if the tier does what you need. [1]

What the outreach claims are worth to a founder

The home page claims Global Match searches 980 million-plus profiles. MakerStack says data freshness is unproven, and no method is published. Directory Match includes a named group of recent early-stage investors, with sample groups of 187 to 271 profiles. [2] [5]

If your investor list matches that group, Directory Match is the route to test first. For anything broader, the size claim tells you nothing about how many people will reply. [2]

Compare on price, then on replies

Happenstance's web Pro costs $24 a person a month billed yearly, which is $288 a year. Articuler Pro is $48 cheaper on an annual basis. Price alone does not decide it, so run the same target list through both and count the replies. [4] [1]

Your first month

Start on the free plan with 20 contacts and one Playbook credit. Build one target list of 20 people, send outreach, and count replies after two weeks. The company's claim is 40 to 60%; your count is the figure to plan on. [6] [3]

Should you pay?

Pay for Pro monthly only if the free test produces replies you'd act on. Don't pay for Connector or Superconnector until Articuler says what they include. Compare the monthly Pro price with Happenstance's yearly web plan on the replies each produces, not on the list price alone. [1] [4]
