Fiverr Features

Seller levels matter more than any paid feature. Pro is worth it when a bad hire costs more than the job. Seller Plus and Promoted Gigs help only sellers who already have orders, and Fiverr Go is too unclear to judge. [1] [3] [9]

Seller levels decide more than anything you can buy

Fiverr's levels (New, Level 1, Level 2 and Top Rated) matter more than any paid feature. They unlock Promoted Gigs, some Seller Plus tiers and Fiverr Go, and buyers use them as a shortcut for trust. Levels run on targets for completed orders, earnings, rating and response rate. Promotion usually comes within a day of meeting them; drop below one and you get 30 days to recover before you're moved down. Each gig also gets a Success Score from 1 to 10, compared with similar gigs at similar prices. Cancellations lower the Order Completion Rate, whoever started them. [1] [2]

Fiverr Pro: the answer to "who do I trust?"

Pro is Fiverr's vetted tier. Freelancers apply with a portfolio and may face skill tests, client references or a video interview, and Pro status can be taken away. For buyers, that's the main way to cut down the hardest part of Fiverr: choosing someone from a crowd of near-identical five-star profiles. Pro buyers can ask for a refund within 14 days of completion, but the money comes back as Pro credit, not cash. Prices run higher, and the paid buyer plan (Pro Advanced) costs $129 a month. [3] [1]

Promoted Gigs: test small or not at all

Promoted Gigs lets sellers pay per click to appear higher in search, with a daily budget they set. One guide says it is open to sellers at Level 1 or above with 20 completed orders, in some categories. One guide suggests $3 to $5 a day for two or three weeks, and scaling up only if the ad cost per order stays under 20% of what you net. That's sensible: on a gig that nets $40, more than $8 per order in ad spend means you're working for Fiverr. [4]

Mira AI Headhunter: useful leads, short fuse

Mira replaced the old buyer-requests board. It sends sellers up to three buyer leads and expects a reply within 24 hours. Sellers say the matches are often off and that they get fewer jobs than the old board brought. That's not surprising, because Mira knows very little about either side: a buyer's short request and a seller's gig listing. On Fiverr, treat Mira as a bonus, not a pipeline. [5]

Fiverr Go: promising, but unclear

Launched in February 2025, Fiverr Go lets selected creative sellers train an AI model on their own style. Buyers can preview a watermarked result free, then pay the seller's price for a clean download with one revision. The details are still murky: TechCrunch reported $25 a month for sellers at launch, while a 2026 review says Fiverr never published a price, and sources disagree on whether sellers' past work can be used for training. Wait until Fiverr makes the terms clear. [6] [7] [8]

Seller Plus and Early Payout: paid extras with narrow uses

Seller Plus ($15, $25 or $49 a month) adds analytics, buyer coupons and, at the top tier, a success manager. It doesn't lower the 20% cut or lift your ranking, so it only helps sellers who already have orders and want to understand them. Early Payout lets eligible sellers reach cleared money sooner for a 1% fee, but eligibility can change from one day to the next. Fiverr's AI Assistant, sold alongside these, was reported shut on 1 October 2026. [9] [10] [11] [8]
