Boardy AI Features

Boardy’s useful feature is calendar booking by copying one address, and the one to check first is the calendar permissions. Introductions depend on both people saying yes, and the Pro features are reported differently by each source. [2] [3] [4]

Calendar booking is the feature to try first

You copy boardy@boardy.ai on an email thread, on Google or Outlook, and Boardy works out a time and sends the invite. The Terms describe this as “CC Scheduling” and the “Kill the Cal” offer, while the booking page calls it “Boardy Booking.” It is the same service under three names. [2] [3]

Read the calendar permissions before you connect anything. The Privacy Policy limits Google Calendar access to free and busy blocks, event details on calendars you own, and write access only for meetings Boardy books or is asked to manage. One user reports a meeting booked without her asking, so check your events after the first week. [3] [6]

Introductions are the core feature, and they wait on both people

You start with a text, WhatsApp or email message, and Boardy asks for your name, email, phone and LinkedIn profile before a short conversation about your work. It then asks both people before sending an introduction. The Terms also describe a first message on WhatsApp or LinkedIn followed by an AI phone call, but the FAQ lists no call, so expect text first. [1] [2]

The FAQ says introductions are free and that Boardy does not make weak ones. Salesforge, a sales-tool vendor, says some introductions fall outside its customer profile, so judge the first few you get against your own goal. [1] [7]

The ChatGPT and Claude route is useful, with one check

Boardy’s instructions for “Ask Boardy” in ChatGPT or Claude draft one email to boardy@boardy.ai and send it from your own address only after you approve the full text. Check that the To field says boardy@boardy.ai before you approve, because that is the address you are trusting. [5] [7]

The brief covers your name, role, current status, biggest problem and its cost, the kind of person you want, your tools, your location and public links. Leave out health, family and personal finances beyond business. A public LinkedIn link and a current status are needed for the search to work. [5]

Pro’s features are unclear until Boardy lists them

Blastra lists scheduling, meeting joining, notes, follow-up and deal support for Pro. Alpha Insights lists a negotiation agent, meeting prep, debriefs and follow-up. Work Insiders lists priority introductions and deeper context. These lists do not match, and Alpha Insights says Boardy’s scope is “still emerging.” Ask Boardy for the Pro feature list in writing before you pay. [8] [9] [10]

Event matching helps hosts more than guests

Hosts can invite Boardy to Luma or Partiful events, and Boardy contacts registered guests before the event. Guests give a phone number and LinkedIn profile. Boardy says event participation doubles attendance, and a growth analysis says no independent source backs that figure. The FAQ also lists a paid event partner package with no price, so ask before you host. [11] [1]
