Is free Boardy good enough?
For most people looking for introductions, yes. The core service costs nothing, and the introductions you get don't depend on paying. Your phone carrier charges you for calls, which is the only cost the Terms name for the core service. [1] [2]
The limit is volume, not price. The FAQ confirms daily and per-person caps on introductions but publishes no numbers. Three third-party guides say the daily cap is three introductions, but Boardy gives no figure to check them against. [2] [3] [7] [8]
Test the free service on one live goal before you consider anything paid. Count the introductions that become a real meeting within a month. Boardy's own figure is about 20% of introductions leading to a meeting both people find useful, but the founder gave no denominator for it, so your count is the only number you can trust. [9]
The Pro price is the number you need in writing
Blastra and Alpha Insights both report that Pro costs $100 a month after a free-for-life window for the first 5,000 sign-ups, which launched in June 2026. Round Funded says the Boardy website shows no Pro price and no annual plan. [3] [4] [5]
Work Insiders reads the Terms another way. It says the $100 a month applies only to people who take the one-off payout, and that Pro unlocks when you connect Google Calendar. The Terms support that reading for the calendar service, and say nothing about a Pro tier. Ask Boardy for the Pro price, billing period and any trial in writing before you give a card number. [6] [1]
The $100 offer pays about 50 people, and it's narrower than it sounds
The offer pays $100 once to users who schedule at least 25 unique meetings in a 30-day period. Each contact counts once, and you must stop sending booking links during the period. The Terms cap the total at $5,000, which is 50 payments of $100, paid first come, first served. [1] [6]
Timing decides whether you get anything. You have 30 days after the offer period to claim, and Boardy aims to pay within 30 days of confirming eligibility. The Terms also say you are responsible for taxes on the $100, so it is not a tax-free bonus. [1]
Eligibility is unclear. The Terms limit the offer to users who receive it directly from Boardy and accept by replying to the offer message. The booking page is described as offering $100 to anyone who sets up the service. The two conflict, so ask Boardy in writing whether the offer applies to you before you count meetings. [1]
Keeping the calendar service after the payout costs $100 a month
Taking the $100 ends your free access to the calendar service, and the choice is final once you send it. Keeping the service after the payout costs $100 a month plus applicable taxes. [1]
The Terms don't say whether that monthly charge bills automatically, or whether any fee applies if you book fewer than 25 meetings. Check your card statement after the first month, and cancel in writing if you don't plan to keep booking through Boardy. [1]
