The public complaint record is thin, with two App Store complaints from 2023 and 2024. The costly problems sit in the rules: refunds and cancellation are described differently in the terms and the help centre, and app subscriptions cancel only in the store. Read the rules before you pay, and cancel a day early. [13] [2] [1] [3]
Add Omnitwine as a preferred source on Google| Complaint | Who it hits | What usually happens next | What helps |
|---|---|---|---|
| Refund request | Anyone who paid for VIP and wants money back | Request by chat or email; no decision deadline in the help centre | Ask in writing which withdrawal rule applies, before you pay[1] [2] |
| Renewal charged after you meant to stop | Monthly web and app subscribers | VIP runs to the period end; unused days not refunded | Cancel a day early; cancel app plans in the store[3] [4] |
| VIP missing after payment | Web buyers | Start time is seconds in help, up to 48 hours in the terms | Contact support after a few minutes, with the payment time[5] [2] |
| Sign-in fails | Users who cannot get an SMS code, or who sign in with social login | Locked out in one 2023 review; SMS limits apply | Add and test a phone number before 6 November 2026[13] [7] |
| Phone or email shown to others | Anyone who shares contact details | Three statements disagree on who sees what | Test with two accounts before sharing a number[8] |
| Paid event money unclear | Organisers and ticket buyers | No fees, payout or refund rules in the help centre | Ask support in writing before selling[9] |
Two of the eight visible Polish App Store reviews complain about a problem: a social sign-in that locked one user out in October 2023, and an app that froze on day three in November 2024. Each is one reviewer, and neither says whether the problem still happens. The bigger pressure points are written in MyBzz’s own terms and help articles, where refund, cancellation and start-time rules conflict. [13] [2] [1]
Refund requests go to chat or contact@mybzz.com. The help centre sets no decision deadline, but the terms say complaints get a reply within 14 days. The help centre says the 14-day withdrawal right still applies, with payment only for the days you used. The terms say that right ends once a digital service starts with your express consent. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases come only from Apple or Google. [1] [2]
What to do: ask support in writing which withdrawal rule applies before you pay, and keep the invoice emailed after each web payment. For an app purchase, go to Apple or Google, not MyBzz. [1] [11]
A web cancellation stops renewal, but VIP runs to the end of the paid period and unused days are not refunded. The terms say cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; the help centre gives no deadline. App subscriptions cancel only in the App Store or Google Play, and deleting your MyBzz account does not cancel them. [3] [2] [4]
What to do: cancel a day before the renewal date. If you use the app, cancel in the store first, then delete the account. [3] [4]
The help centre says web VIP starts within seconds of payment. The terms say it can take up to 48 hours. The help centre tells you to contact support if VIP is missing after a few minutes. [5] [2]
What to do: if VIP is missing after a few minutes, write to support with the time and amount of the payment. Keep the confirmation email. [5]
On the web, MyBzz retries a failed card over several days and sends one email. If the charge still fails, VIP switches off at the end of the paid period. App stores retry within their own grace periods. The email can land in spam. [6]
What to do: check your spam folder for the one email, and update the card before the next renewal date. [6]
The 2023 reviewer was locked out after a social sign-in failed. From 6 November 2026, sign-in becomes phone number and SMS only, and Facebook and LinkedIn login are removed. Under the current SMS rules, you can resend a code after 60 seconds, codes last 30 minutes, five wrong attempts need a new code, and five texts go to one number in 24 hours. Some countries use email codes, up to six an hour, and some cannot sign up at all. [13] [7] [2]
What to do: before 6 November, if you still log in with Facebook or LinkedIn, add a phone number and test it. After that date, plan for SMS sign-in only. [2] [7]
The profile guide says only you see your phone number. The VIP guide says your email and phone are visible to contacts and VIP members. The App Store listing says chat works without sharing a phone number. Any one of these could be the rule you live with. [8] [14]
What to do: test it with two accounts before you put a number in your profile, and check what the other account can see. [8]
The help centre describes event tickets, check-in and waitlists, but it does not state ticket fees, organiser payouts or attendee refunds for paid events. The help centre refers to a “VIP and payments” section for those details, and its articles do not state the answers. Cancelling an event does not explain how guests get refunds. [9] [10]
What to do: ask support in writing about fees, payout timing and refunds before you sell a paid ticket. [9]
From 6 November 2026, the November privacy version says OpenAI models process profile and offer text, and matches are labelled “indicative”. Public profile pages are visible to logged-out visitors and search engines. Users who object to the new terms or privacy policy can delete their account free before 6 November. [12] [2] [4]
What to do: if you object to AI processing of your profile, delete the account before 6 November. The help does not say whether MyBzz emailed existing users about the change, so check the app and your inbox before then. [12] [4]
