MyBzz Features

Advanced search is the one feature worth paying for, and only for a month, because free accounts see only a count of matches. Matching, groups and free events are worth using now. Paid events and the brand promotion need answers the company has not given, and Pitch Arena is not live. [1] [3] [4] [5] [11]

Advanced search is the feature to pay for, for one month

Advanced search filters by a plain-language description, a full name, employment type, industry, current position, skills, and location within 30 km. Free accounts see only how many people match, and search by name also needs VIP. Run one search on the free plan before you pay, so you know the results fit what you need. [1] [2]

The help centre gives short role-and-place phrases as the best way to search, such as “CTO fintech Warsaw”. The web shows how it read your sentence, but the app does not, which is a platform difference worth checking in the first search. [1]

Matching is free to use, but its weights stay secret

The “For you” cards sort by distance first, within 10 km and then 50 km bands, then by shared goals and profile completeness. Each card carries a match score built from goals and offers, mutual contacts, distance, shared events, shared skills and activity. The weights are not published, so you can only judge the score by the people it shows you. [3]

Groups and free events are worth using, and paid events are a blind spot

Group chats are free, with no member limit, and any user can create one. Invites go by phone number, SMS or link. The help centre says group chats are free and unlimited, but the overview says community groups are gone from the web, so check the group feature in the app you use. [4] [5]

Any user can create a free event in person or online, with a public page, a guest list and a door-staff role for check-in. Paid tickets are the gap: the help centre does not state ticket fees, organiser payouts or attendee refunds. Terms say Stripe handles event tickets, so ask the organiser how the money moves. [5] [6] [7]

Featured slots sell a spike, and brand promotion sells a steady presence

A featured offer costs from $1.99 for one or seven days, as a one-time purchase. Each VIP member also gets one free 7-day feature a month, which renews on the 1st. Brand promotion costs $39 a month with a $4.99 launch price, and only the brand administrator can buy it. It does not affect ranking, and the help centre does not say how long the launch price lasts. [10] [11] [12]

Posting an offer is free, and anyone can add a brand on the web

Publishing an offer is free with a free account, and offers are public, including to people who are not logged in. The categories include collaboration and “looking for a co-founder”. Anyone on the web can add a brand with an email code, and monthly voting needs an account. Gambling, adult, weapons and drug-related brands are rejected. [8] [9]

Pitch Arena is a promise until it launches

Pitch Arena is marked “coming soon”. It describes a pitch of up to 75 seconds for an AI jury, with 20 seconds per answer, and says passing pitches reach investors. The page gives no launch date, and its waitlist asks only for email and role. Treat the investor route as the company’s claim until the feature is live. [14]
