The lifetime VIP is advertised, but the buying path does not sell it
The home page and FAQ describe a one-time, web-only “VIP Lifetime Access” that costs less over time than app subscriptions. The investors page prices it at $499 and marks it “coming soon”. The help centre’s VIP articles, the terms dated 19 August 2026, and both app store listings show no lifetime option. Treat it as an offer that is not yet on sale. [2] [3] [4] [1] [5] [16] [17]
If it is sold at $499, the arithmetic is simple. It equals about 17 months of monthly web VIP ($499 ÷ $29 = 17.2), two years of web annual VIP ($499 ÷ $249 = 2.0), or about 30 months at the US App Store annual price ($499 ÷ $16.58). It pays off only if you would keep VIP for that long anyway. Check the web checkout while signed in before you plan around it. [1] [16] [4]
Check the refund rule and the cancel date before you pay
The terms say the right to withdraw ends once a digital service starts with your express consent. The help centre says the 14-day right still applies, and you pay only for the days you used. Ask support in writing which rule applies before you buy. [5] [11]
There is no refund button. Requests go to chat or contact@mybzz.com, and the help article sets no decision deadline. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases must come from Apple or Google. [11]
Cancelling a web subscription stops renewal, but VIP stays on until the paid period ends, and unused days are not refunded. The terms say cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, while the help centre gives no deadline, so cancel a day early. An app subscription can be cancelled only in the store, and deleting your MyBzz account does not cancel it. [12] [5] [13]
Pro products are listed, but nothing explains them
Both app stores list “Mybzz Pro” products at prices that do not match the VIP plans. The Polish listing shows two prices for each duration, such as 99.99 or 122.99 zł a month. The US listing shows six price points from $19.99 to $119.99. The help centre never mentions Pro, and neither listing says what Pro adds. Ask MyBzz what you would get before you buy one. [17] [16] [1]
The złoty price is the one to check
The terms say prices are in US dollars and fixed once you order. The help centre says the Polish site can show złoty or dollars, but it gives no złoty web price. Check the amount on the checkout screen before you pay, and compare it with the Polish App Store amounts of 99 zł a month, 499 zł for six months and 799 zł for a year. [5] [1] [17]
Sellers pay for visibility in small, separate pieces
A featured offer costs from $1.99 as a one-time purchase for one day or seven days. The exact price appears only in the purchase window. Each VIP member also gets one free 7-day featured offer per calendar month. Brand promotion costs $39 a month, with a $4.99 launch price that stays locked while the subscription runs. Only the brand administrator can buy it, and it does not change ranking. The company does not say how long the $4.99 launch price lasts. [14] [15] [4]
