Business networking · How it works guide
MyBzz shows you cards nearest to you first and opens a chat only when both people want to meet. The step that most affects what you pay is messaging before you connect, which needs VIP. Sign-up depends on an SMS code, and VIP start times and sign-in rules differ between the help centre and the terms. [1] [2] [3] [6]
Add Omnitwine as a preferred source on Google| Step | Who acts | The clock | If nobody acts |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sign up with a phone number and SMS code | You | Resend after 60 seconds; code lasts 30 minutes; five texts per number per 24 hours | No account, so you cannot browse[6] |
| Fill in your profile | You | No deadline stated | Sparse profiles sort lower within the same distance band[2] |
| Browse the “For you” cards | You | Refresh rate not stated | The cards keep sorting by distance[2] |
| Tap Add or Skip | You | Immediate | A skipped person gets no chat[1] |
| Chat opens on mutual interest | Both | When both have tapped Add | No chat without both[1] |
| Message before you connect | You, with VIP | Seconds in the help; up to 48 hours in the terms | Free accounts cannot message[3] [4] [5] |
| Failed VIP renewal | MyBzz retries the card | Several days, then one email | VIP switches off at the end of the paid period[9] |
| Cancel VIP | You | At least 24 hours before the period ends (terms) | The plan renews[5] [10] |
The “For you” cards sort by distance first, within 10 km and then 50 km bands. Shared goals and profile completeness come after distance, and gender and age are not used, according to the company. A card also carries a match score built from six areas, but the weights are not published, so you cannot tune the score yourself. [2]
The help centre does not say how often the list refreshes, and the overview names the cards “Meet” where the help calls them “For you”. Expect the list to change as people join and move, and do not read a short list as a sign that nobody is nearby. [2] [1]
The table follows one buyer from sign-up to a connection. The only long wait is the VIP start, which the company gives as seconds in one place and up to 48 hours in another. [6] [4] [5]
You browse, tap Add or Skip, and a chat opens when the other person also wants to meet. Free accounts cannot message anyone before they connect. VIP changes that, and the help centre says VIP starts within seconds of payment, while the terms say up to 48 hours. [1] [3] [4] [5]
When an event is full, sign-ups go to a waitlist. When a guest drops out, the person who has waited longest gets the spot, and only the creator can approve, reject or promote guests. Waitlisted guests cannot see their position, so ask the organiser if you need to know where you stand. [7]
The monthly rankings count only the current calendar month in Polish time, and they reset on the 1st. The three rankings are separate, and the top three get a newsletter profile, a spot on the home page in the first week of the next month, and a badge. There are no prizes, and VIP is not given for a place. [8]
| Ranking | What counts | Reset | Top three get | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Authors | Each post or comment counts 1 | 1st of each month | Newsletter profile, home page spot, badge | | Ambassadors | Each invited friend who confirms an account with a photo and a phone or email | 1st of each month | The same three rewards | | Points | Activities are not all listed in the help article | 1st of each month | The same three rewards | The help article does not list every activity that earns points, so the points ranking cannot be planned from the page. [8]
The three places people stall are the SMS code, the VIP start, and a phone number they did not mean to show. The SMS code can take time to arrive, and some countries use email codes or cannot sign up. The VIP start is a gap between seconds and 48 hours. Test phone and email visibility with two accounts before you share a number. [6] [4] [11]
