Founder and startup talent network · Startup talent guide
Job seekers should treat CoffeeSpace's talent network as a waitlist, not a route to offers. It is invite-only in beta, its match timings are the company's own claims, and the sign-up asks for a résumé. [1] [2] [3]

The company says it will match candidates with Seed to Series B startups in engineering, product, operations and strategy. That scope was stated in June 2026, and the October 2026 post says the network is invite-only while in beta. Joining the waitlist is the only step most people can take today. [1] [2]
The company's one published example is a candidate placed in under two weeks at a Series A AI startup, which it credits to a CoffeeSpace introduction. It is a single case the company chose to show, so it does not tell you how often that happens. [2]
The sign-up form shows no fee. That is not the same as a confirmed free service, so ask before you give any payment details. The cost you can measure now is the time you spend on the form and the résumé you upload. [3]
The form asks for your name, email, LinkedIn URL, whether you are open to work, and a résumé of up to 10 MB in PDF, DOC or DOCX. Submitting means you agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms and to being contacted about roles. [3] [5]
Join the waitlist, then keep a second search running. Do not hold your job search for an invitation that has no date, since the June 2026 promise of 'the next couple of weeks' passed without the network opening to most people. [1] [2]
Check the eligibility before you invest time. The homepage FAQ says talent and startup hiring are US-focused, and cofounder matching is global. A candidate outside the US should confirm the rule before uploading a résumé. [4]
The waitlist is 10,000+ people, according to the June 2026 update. The company's 72-hour and 55% figures are claims with no stated period, and the October post defines the 55% as a share of submitted candidates. Treat them as the company's account until you see your own results. [1] [2]
The company's advice, in its October 2026 post, is to set three to five non-negotiables, ask early who decides, send one follow-up after about a week, and ask for equity terms in writing. The advice is sound, but the company gives no data behind its offer timings. [2]
Ask whether your résumé is encrypted in transit and whether it goes to an AI model provider. The Google Play declaration says data is not encrypted in transit, and the policy names no AI model provider. [6] [5]
Join the waitlist if you can wait, and do not plan around it. The beta is invite-only, the timings are unaudited, and the sign-up asks for a résumé with no written data-handling answer yet. Your active search should not depend on it. [1] [3]
