Premium costs $29 a month, and the trial becomes a charge
CoFoundersLab's Premium page lists $29 a month and a 30-day free trial, and the Terms agree. The Terms also say your card is charged automatically at the start of each billing period after the trial. You agree to that when you sign up. [1] [2]
Two details conflict and matter at checkout. StartupGeek says the trial is 14 days, against 30 on the official page. Two guides say Premium costs $299 a year, while the official page shows no annual figure. Read the trial length and any annual price on the checkout screen before you enter your card. [10] [7]
The date of your first charge depends on when you start. If the trial is 30 days and you start on 5 November, the first $29 charge falls around 5 December. Put that date in your calendar on the day you sign up, with a reminder a week before it. [2]
The Terms set no refund policy, so the charge is hard to reverse
The Terms set no general refund policy. Direct-debit payers, the Terms say, claim from their bank under the bank's own agreement. That makes the first charge the one you are least able to undo once it has cleared. [2]
One guide reports a '100% Money Back Guarantee' badge on the Premium page. CoFoundersLab's own pages do not show it, and the Terms do not explain it. Ask for any refund promise in writing before you pay. [7] [1]
Refund complaints follow the same gap. Reviews on Trustpilot and SmartCustomer from October 2023 to September 2025 describe refunds that were refused or approved and never paid. Read the complaints page before you decide how much of your budget to risk on the trial. [12] [15]
