Job ads: the cheaper test for one role

A single ad runs for 60 days and must go live within 60 days of purchase. It is not clear whether 899 EUR is the standard price or a reduced rate for up to ten ads. Other resellers sell the same ad from 449 EUR net (Personalturm, 2026), and some sell it with a boost at 999 EUR net, so compare before you buy. ^{[1] [2]}

Set the job title and industry before you publish, because you cannot change them afterwards. An expired ad can be renewed in one click, and with three or more ads the publishing window is 12 months. ^[2]

Partner reach is disputed. OnApply says the ad reaches 200 or more partner sites, while HRM Consulting says partner syndication runs for 30 days. ^{[1] [3]}

TalentManager is priced per seat, so team size sets the cost

Core costs 366 EUR a seat a month, and Pro costs 474 EUR (Sprad, October 2026). Sprad says seats are billed monthly per recruiter. OMR and Pin give “from” prices without a seat or billing basis. ^{[5] [7] [8]}

Sprad estimates a discount of 250 to 300 EUR a seat for teams of 10 or more. That is a competing vendor's estimate, and XING does not publish the threshold. ^[5]

Read the minimum term before you buy the seat

Sprad says TalentManager has a one-to-two-year minimum term and a 14-day trial before the contract starts. Suitapp (October 2026) describes a 12-month minimum paid in advance, renewing automatically, with notice due three months before the term ends. Test one role before you commit a team

The one OMR review of TalentManager rates it 3.5 out of 5 (September 2026), which is a sample of one. Pin says it fits engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, automotive and German-speaking candidates, and is weaker for tech and international roles. Sprad says its AI matching is minimal and that outreach stays within XING, while Pin says the AI improves over time. ^{[7] [8] [6]}

At least three candidates in 2026 report recruiter messages that kept coming after they opted out of offers. Keep opt-outs in your own outreach list as well as in the platform setting. ^[9]

Free options for one or two hires

A company profile and sharing a job within your own network cost nothing, but public listings are paid. Kununu employer ratings appear on XING company profiles. Pin says a poor rating may cut response rates, but cites no study. ^{[4] [8]}
