Can I buy the $499 lifetime VIP?
Not confirmed. The home page and FAQ describe a one-time web lifetime plan, but the investors page marks it “coming soon”, and the help centre, terms and both app listings show no lifetime option. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [20]
How much does VIP cost?
On the web it is $29 a month or $249 a year. The US App Store lists $29 a month, $139 for six months and $199 a year. The Polish App Store lists 99 zł a month, 499 zł for six months and 799 zł for a year, so the price depends on the channel you buy through. [4] [20] [21]
Is there a free trial?
No. The current VIP help article says there is no free trial. An older investor timeline mentions subscription trials in 2024, so the current help is the rule to follow. [4] [3]
Can I get VIP without paying?
Yes, in limited ways. You can exchange points for 7 days (100 points) or 30 days (350 points), but you can claim only once every 30 days. An invitation to a friend usually earns three days of free VIP once the friend joins and completes the account. [8] [9]
What can I do without VIP?

Can I get a refund?

How do I cancel, and does deleting my account cancel it?
Deleting the account does not cancel an app subscription, which you can cancel only in the App Store or Google Play. A web subscription stops renewing, but VIP runs to the end of the paid period. The terms say cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. [7] [13] [5]
Why has my VIP not started after I paid?
The help centre says web VIP starts within seconds, while the terms allow up to 48 hours. If it is missing after a few minutes, contact support with the time of your payment. [4] [5]
Are groups and events free?
Group chats are free with no member limit, and any user can create one. Any user can create a free event, but the help centre does not state ticket fees, organiser payouts or refunds for paid events. [14] [15] [16]
Can people see my phone number and email?
The sources disagree. The profile guide says only you see your phone, the VIP guide says contacts and VIP members see your phone and email, and the App Store listing says chat works without sharing a phone number. Test with two accounts before you rely on any of them. [17] [21]
What changes on 6 November 2026?
Sign-in becomes phone number and SMS only, and Facebook and LinkedIn login go. The terms add AI profile summaries, indicative matching and automatic translations, and the November privacy version says OpenAI models process profile and offer text.
